With over 40 years of real-world experience, the consultancy provides services such as technical consultancy, prototype support, patent analysis, and technical publications. The team consists of Daryl Stroud, the Founder & Principal Engineer, and Jacqueline Stroud, the Managing Director, who handle client onboarding, project logistics, and business operations.
Our Consultancy Philosophy
The story goes that Henry Ford had a massive manufacturing problem and brought in a consultant to solve it. The expert studied the issue, made a chalk mark on a part of the machine, and said, ‘This is where the problem lies.’ The fix worked. When the bill came in at $10,000, Ford asked for a breakdown. The consultant replied: ‘$1 for the chalk mark. $9,999 for knowing where to put it.’
